How do I get my digital product?
After PayPal confirms payment, the thank-you page provides private download links. If the store email is configured, a copy is also sent to the email entered at checkout.
Where can I find my order?
Keep your confirmation email and order details. If a download link expires or stops working, contact support using the email below and include the purchase email and product name.
Can I use a coupon?
Enter an active coupon at checkout. A coupon may apply to selected products only; the order summary shows the discount before you pay.
Can I return a digital download?
Digital products cannot be physically returned. Please read the store's refund policy and product description before purchase, and contact support if a file is defective or inaccessible.
